Ahh, you learn something everyday.
Just out of Judge Napolitanos mouth.
Nixon sent photographers to take pics of the Vietnam protestors for the executive branchs use and was told by the SCOTUS that he couldnt do that for he was inhibiting free speech by using the fed/executive to intimidate the people.
What Obama is doing is definitely intimidating no matter what he says he wants it for

"I’d rather a crackhead with a penchant for hookers than a crooked demon who starts wars with lies."

The problem is that until you can prove he lied, its you whos the liar.

Speaking of lies, shall I list the record amounts of lies this president has told in a record amount of time ? That are provable ? Taxing those under 250,000 is next

Hey son.
Even though the guy you volunteered to take orders from, believe in the same cause as him, are willing to risk your life on behalf of his beliefs is an insipid crooked crack head liar abject failure moron stalking hookers and hiding stolen cash...

I support you. :-(

Really. You almost had a chance at having a decent dialogue with me again until you started that stupid crap again. Even the most rabid leftists I've debated out there have admitted at some point that saying Bush lied to go to war is just their opinion and not fact as you've always asserted but never could prove.
Its called childish stubborn arrogance on a level unfitting of any human who calls himself an adult man.
Only the high school level oppponents out there still run that argument aling with the trufers abd the blood for oil gang.
Your laughable, and as I first told you almost 2 years ago...
irrelevant.

Obama is the worst president ever. Carter held that rank until about 2 weeks ago.
The list is outrageously long for any man whos ever held the office.
Heres the most recent at the tail end of that list, copeyed from a blog I posted on earlier today.
Some of it is in response to other liberals, and even conservatives.
They don’t need to debate anything because their brand of democracy doesn’t demand everyone be heard. It only demands that those opposing voices be reported directly to the White House. Emily brought this up and I think its the start of a look into Obamas intentions on a whole nuther level.

Rep John Cornyn has already addressed this BS. (From Faultline)

“In a letter to President Obama, U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, expressed serious concern about the White House’s new program requesting Americans to forward email chains and other communications opposing the President’s health care policies. Sen. Cornyn is seeking assurances that the program is being carried out in a manner consistent with the First Amendment and America’s tradition of free speech and public discourse.”

“Sen. Cornyn’s letter also inquires about the collection of names, email addresses, IP addresses, and private speech of U.S. citizens that will be reported, which raises the specter of a data collection program.”

“I am not aware of any precedent for a President asking American citizens to report their fellow citizens to the White House for pure political speech that is deemed ‘fishy’ or otherwise inimical to the White House’s political interests,” Sen. Cornyn wrote. “You should not be surprised that these actions taken by your White House staff raise the specter of a data collection program. As Congress debates health care reform and other critical policy matters, citizen engagement must not be chilled by fear of government monitoring the exercise of free speech rights.”

Mickyl
Unbelievable. Now the brownshirts are gonna come a knocking if we do try to organize.
So not only does it raise question to the free speech issue, but under the same amendment the right to assemble id also going to hampered if the speech is “abridged”
So what happens with the info on those e mails that do get sent to the white house ? IP addresses, names and so will be collected. What possible reason other than data collection for further use could this be for ?
Offer me minimal medical services in the future because of my opposition in the past ? Get sent to a proctologist instead of an optometrist ?
This is practically war. We’ve got one section of America that’s very efficient at organizing that wants to stop the other from doing the same, because they know it works. And this time with so much going against them on this issue they fear that the opposition will grow in its own favor much the way the Obamanites did in 2008.
I think the only difference really is that much of the ones we see being so outspoken and the gatherings are the result of spontaneity and peoples conscience and not some huge single directive.
I realize this may be a whole nuther topic for another discussion but this kinda sh*t is even worse than if we end up with universal health care. Its only obvious what this guy wants to do. Didn’t he want the White House to handle the census ? Send out brownshirts to take pledges and simultaneously unknown to anyone actually be getting names and addresses of those not willing to make that pledge ? ?

Micky;
First there was the door to door signing of our “pledge” to support his economic policies.
The fairness doctrine.
Then theres the Obama national volunteer security force that was to be equivalent in size and potential to that of our military. (brownshirts)
Then we had Napolitano label every moderate conservative as a radical that we all should be aware of.
We also had the white house trying to be the managers of the census.
Now our “fishy” E mails are to be sent directly to the white house and not any other intelligence agancy.
This sh*t is approachs scary like no administration ever before. Except that of Nazi Germany. Today it reminds me of something Kim Jong or Chavez would do.
They’ve gone too far, way too far.
I’m snapping

Kate;
"i will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are trying to collect the opposition’s arguments against health care reform so that they can then spin out a rebuttal quickly. ”

Micky
I say bullsh*t. After everythibg I’ve seen in the last 6 months I doubt their MO is as simple as that
This can done in a public forum with public debate. Thats how we do things in thios country. We dont have the executive branch single out a certain individual.
The arguments and counter points coming from the right and those concerned for their health care are already out there and clearly evident to the point where a program like this is totally unecessary and designed for one purpose and one purpose only.
If he follows thru on the capabilities a program like this contains or applies any ulterior motives theres going to be hell to deal with. Teabaggers will look like fricken Mary Poppins next to what would happen if he started responding on an individual basis to anyone or used the info to somehow squelch a gathering/assembly.
Just when I thought dems couldnt get any more arrogant and stupid

Moonbat Stephan;
"“You rightwingers should love Nazi stuff. Both Hitler and the Right are racist homophobes. Besides you guys get the whole Socialist stuff and Nazi stuff confused. Socialists are far LEFT. The Nazis were far RIGHT. Whoops. should have paid attention in History class!”

Micky;
Hey, ya know what Stephen. maybe with all your edumacation you missed out on some common knowledge/sense.

American republican and conservative ideology is based on limited government intervention in ones life, private property and a free market capitalistic system.
Hitler stood for non of that.
You seem to confuse those who would defend their country and go to war just to do that with a murdering dictator who would be the kind todays conservative would go after. Whereas your party embraces and appeases all the dictators on this planet today that reflect much of Hitlers ideology.
I’ll give a clue. Mein Kampf is the largest selling publication in the middle east, besides the Koran, and your buddy Barry cant kiss their a$$es enough. Along with giving 900 million to Hamas, bowing to Arab kings and shmoozing with Chavez, catering to Castro
Todays democrat as is plainly seen by this issue and most of Obamas policies is about as close to WW2 Nazism as this country has ever gotten.
Wise up.

My response to another flaming moonbat on the same issue;

Micky;
I have 2 WW2 survivors and 2 holocaust survivors in my family, one is still alive, my mother.
As young as 6 years old I remember the stories she would tell us of when the Nazis occupied Denmark, going door to door asking Danes for their allegiance to the Furors cause. There was no strict adherance to this but at that point they did manage to know who you were and where you lived if you voiced an opposition of any kind. They also had access to whats comprable to our census here in America. Another thing they did was to intercept the mail coming from anyone in any country they had occupied, not just Denmark. They also ofered certain types of immunity to snitches. You never knew who was going to turn you in for a fricken loaf of bread if you voiced some concerns went against the protocol for all citizens.
My mother was 12 at the time, my granma was 31-32. Not two or three weeks after the pledge takers were there they were taken to prison, tattoed, raped and beaten for hiding Swedes, Swiss, or American soldiers from the Nazis, I forget exactly which ones.
All the data that Obama wants access to today, the means and the methods all covered up by these ulterior motives is just all too f*cking reminescent of that time for me to stomach. Since when in our countries history has the executive branch wanted individuals mail reported to the white house ?
TELL ME ???
-------------

Thats Jersey is just the last argument I have with Obama on top of about 50 others.

I'll take 50 more years of Bush before I take one more day of this collosal a hole
