Sometiomes they come to point where times change and they dont apply any more so they are viable.
That doesnt mean they are failures.
Our economy bounced back nicely after 911 due to certain measures by Bush. Unfrtunatly the good growth, the success was not monitored and then it turned into a failure due to outside elements that interviened.
Not everything is a failure from start to finish.
Iraq was going wrong in the beggining, now its not.
A year ago you and the rabid left wrote it off.
