Its not private when your hooked up in a studio in front of a camera.
All news outlets do it when someone slips on a hot mic.
So get past your love affair with FOX and realize that.
I applaud FOX for showing everybody what a scumbag Jackson is.

My heart goes out to Tony Snow’s wife and children. May faith and friends be a comfort to them. I am sure that Tony and Tim (Russert) had a great time this morning watching the first only all woman surrogates debate (Carly vs Clare) on Meet the Press!!!!

Well Jesse Jackson may be either a woman scorned or another angry woman, depending on your point of view — but he is not the only woman who is angry.

Anger, however, by itself is a worthless emotion –. To be effectivw anger must be directed to action — unlikely in Jackson’s case.

As for myself, I am madder than hell at the mess in Washington and I am channeling that anger into by becoming a candidate for Congress. I am running against Mike Honda (Nancy Pelosi’s Sr. House Majority Whip) and to better represent Californa’s 15th Congressional District — the Silicon Valley, America’s heart of innovation.

Great post! Good analogy…never thought of ole Jess as a woman scorned!
I actually got a few laughs from this one…by the way has anyone ever figure out just exactly what Jesse does for a living. I hear he’s got a pretty nice house and up-scale auto…maybe he’s found that pot’o'gold at the end of the rainbow…aaah, rainbow coalition.

Actually, Micky, some lowlife sleaze at Fox (re: typical Fox employee) leaked what should have been a private and off-the-record remark. Yet more proof of the lack of professionalism, competence and journalistic standards at the Republican Propaganda Network known as Fox “News.”

I’m leaving Snow alone here. You guys don’t want to know what I thought of him and nows not the time to get into it. May he rest in peace.

Saying that you dont see what the fuss is all about is a way of minimizing his actions. Also, saying that everyone has an opinion is just another way of defending bad behavior.
Yea we all have opnions, but sometimes its best not to display it.

Only a few people have gone the route of believing that this was all contrived and planned by Jesse and Obama, I’m one of them simply due to a gnawing question that I have.
How can a man sitting in front of camera with a mic on his lapel with all his experience in a studio not know or at least suspect that mic was on ?

I’m sure that a man as well exposed as you has probably seen Tony Snow hold at least a few press hearings at the White House. And realize his two terms in the white house under both Bushs.

Jacksons career may be more expansive than Snows?
I dont know, you could debate that actually on the basis of direct benefits and effect they each had to our society.
If anything , we all could take a lesson in civility from Snow.
In addition, Jackson os the kind of guy who would brag to the world when he gives a little black boy a coloring book.
Tony Snow has done some truly great things and doesnt even want his name attached to it.
I just realized that its insulting to Tony Snow to even have to sit here and compare the two. There just isnt any comparison
